An arrival notice will be sent to the customer by fax before the vessel arrive at Kong Kong. When the customer receive the arrival notice, a delivery orders are available for release. The customers should be provided the document –
After the customers exchanged the delivery order, the customer must be made the appointment for cargo delivery within the free storage period and return the empty container to our depot within the free detention period
If any extra demurrage / detention charges incurred, the customer must be settle the payment in our office before the further arrangement.
